Last month we told you that we were going to make a few changes to our magazines, so here’s the first, and we hope you like it.

This month we review two superb restaurants, ABode in Manchester city centre and Swadesh in Bowdon. Both establishments are highly recommended and well worth the visit. We’ve also teamed up with The Institute of Directors and have added a dedicated business section (page 53), and we welcome on board Dr Neel Halder, who will be looking at health issues.

As usual we have some fantastic competitions (page 9), and the chance to win an all-inclusive seven-night stay at the luxurious Occidental Grand Flamenco Xcaret in Cancun – see page 26 for your chance to win.

We catch up with Robert Harwood-Matthews, Chief Executive of Didsbury-based TBWA\Manchester, and Wendy Adams, Operations Manager of the Genesis Appeal, who will also be representing the charity at our Summer Ball.
