Whether it is a room that you’d like to do up, a whole house or you’d simply like to add new life to a brown sofa, John Lewis’ Furnishing Advisors will help turn your dreams into reality by offering you expert advice on everything from choosing furnishings to adding those all-important finishing touches.

There are two services to choose from:

Standard Service
This free service takes place in-store. Simply book a consultation with a Furnishing Advisor at either the Trafford or Cheadle store, and they will give you expert advice on choosing furnishings and finishing touches. They will then arrange for your chosen samples to be sent to your home and co-ordinate any orders and purchases you make and dispatch them in one delivery to your home.

Premier Service
The premier service includes all of the above, but your Furnishing Advisor will also visit your home to discuss your requirements. The resulting ideas will be presented on a style board, to help you visualize your chosen scheme more easily. You will receive regular updates on the progress of orders and purchases, followed by a final check once delivery is made. This service costs £200, which is fully refundable against the final delivery and payment of your new furnishing scheme.
